EM high voltage power supply

INTRODUCTION

Wisman’s EM series is designed to power the electron beam of scanning electron microscopes. It provides acceleration power, bias power and filament power in a compact package. At the same time, it integrates the commonly used scintillator power supply, PMT power supply and collector power supply for electron microscopes. It constitutes the power supply of the electron microscope system.Wisman’s own high-voltage design and packaging technology has made the EM series of electron microscope high voltage power supplies a noticeable improvement in size, cost and performance. The EM series provides excellent adjustability, high reliability, and low ripple and high stability. The accelerating power supply voltage can be given from 0 to -30kV, and the current is 300uA. EM series provides reference accelerant suspension bias and filament power supply. The power supply adopts fully digital communication control to minimize the influence of external noise on the system and provides accelerating pole current display referenced to ground. Wisman’s EM series has arc, short circuit protection, overvoltage protection, and overcurrent protection functions.
